Problem

Etherington Air conditioning Ltd had traditionally used Executive Search & Select Agencies when recruiting area Sales Managers.

However as the HVAC industry was being significantly affected by the economic climate they were looking at reducing any unnecessary spend and assessing the marketplace for ways of improving budget control and lowing overheads.

Requirement

Due to further expansion EAC developed a new position for an experienced New Business Development Manager to be based in the North West of England. The ideal person would be required to develop new sales for Air Conditioning solutions. Covering a patch from York to Nottingham and across to Merseyside the applicant would need to have a proven track record in new business development and equally important an exceptional understanding of the Air Conditioning industry ideally both installation and service contracting.

Approach

Concerns
