Problem

My Protein Ltd had traditionally advertised their vacancies on a selected few job boards and handled the enquiries internally. This was proving to be successful however they where now looking at ways to increase the response rates and improve the quality of candidate submissions, therefore fixed fee recruitment was reviewed.

Requirement

Due to the secondment of their current Logistics Manager My Protein where looking for an interim manager for a six month period.

Approach

My Protein provided NetCan with a detailed job advert to be posted on to all the leading job boards in order to source the very best possible candidate.

Process

The job board list was drawn together by Netcan and approved by MyProtein. The campaign ran for four weeks and included advertisements on Monster, Jobsite, Totaljobs and CV Library for £299.00.

Results

The campaign generated 227 CV submissions within the first three weeks, and downed off for the last week. The quality of the CV’s received where excellent with the majority extremely relevant.

There was only one issue and that was the amount of time it took to short list!

The position was successfully filled, and future recruitment advertising has and is being placed through the NetCan service
