We're now looking for people with a real commitment to delivering first class customer satisfaction and service. As a Customer Service Advisor, we'll ask you to take personal responsibility for handling and resolving a range of inbound customer queries - and of course the occasional complaint. You need to have a mature outlook, be a terrific communicator with lots of enthusiasm, and enjoy contributing to a hard working customer focused team.

To really get our attention you'll already have proven customer service experience from a customer services, telesales, telemarketing or sales agent background, ideally within a contact centre environment. With your professional attitude and genuine empathy you'll be able to analyse problems and recognise sales opportunities, and make important business decisions. As such you'll be a compelling communicator and team player with an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude.
